A study done by American food specialist showed that eating more mandarin orange can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure, and can also prevent the attacks of these diseases.

A doctor of Harvard Medical College said the medicine proved that eating more mandarin orange, cabbage and broccoli can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. The specialists investigated 75,000 nurses and 38,000 medical workers and found that eating more fruit could lower the risk of high blood pressure, and the potassium, vitamin B and vitamin C contained in the orange juice could control the cardiovascular disease to some extent.

Some food specialists pointed out that there are antioxidant, anti-cancer and anti-allergic conponents in the organic juice, which are able to inhibit blood coagulation.
