1. Eat healthy milk or eggs which are produced by antibiotic and hormone free cattle or hens.
2. Try to eat unpolluted meat, or deep sea fish. and try not to eat off-shore fish, sea food, chicken, duck, beef, and pork.
3. Never eat artificial foods, such as instant noodle, canned food, or confect.
4. Eat porridge made of grains.
5. Try to eat organic vegetables and sprouts.
6. Try to eat fresh, organic and various foods for breakfast.
7. Eat less for supper.
8. Restrain from being 100% full for your stomach at lunch, 80% is ok. 
9. Pay attention to balanced nutrition distribution among five major kinds of foods.
10. Never or eat less fried food.
11. Sprout is essential for three meals everyday, and eat kelp during one of three meals.
12. Try to use natural flavorings, such as curry, garlic, etc instead of artificial falvorings, such as soy sauce, tomato sauce, monosodium glutamate.
13. Break rules for at least 2-3 times per month in the event of attending parties, and do not forget to discharge poisonous components.
